PAYMENT METHOD

Personal Buying:  Credit Card via Secured Website
You can use our secure online shopping cart to make your purchase and pay with your Visa or Mastercard.  You will receive an email to confirm your order has been received.

Group Buying:  Credit Card (as above) or Purchase Order
Purchase Order - If using this option - payment MUST be received by the 20th of the following month. Payment can be by cheque, or Internet transfer.  The Invoice Number must be quoted with the payment.

DELIVERY

Where
SCOUTS Direct will deliver within New Zealand only.

Rural Delivery
Please ensure your Rural Delivery number (e.g. RD3) is put in the address.

By Whom
All packages will be sent via CourierPost.

Damage
Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 04 815 8895 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.

Delivery Cost
From 1 January 2023 there is a $5.95 handling and freight charge on all orders.

Delivery Timeframe
We endeavour to have all orders despatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed.  With the exception of customised orders (such as Name Plates, T-shirts with Group Name, etc.) which can take up to an extra three weeks, your parcel should be delivered within 72 hours - if not, please contact us within a week.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

SCOUTS Direct will meet its’ obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

Please contact scoutsdirectadmin@scouts.nz before returning any items.  Items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition within 90 days and the Invoice which the items were ordered on must be supplied.  Any items which are not in their original condition will either be returned to the customer, or only a percentage of the full amount will be refunded.

Incorrect Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to online orders after your order is placed.  Please contact scoutsdirectadmin@scouts.nz if you have incorrectly ordered an item.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully - SCOUTS Direct do not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.  Please contact us in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
