Payment Methods
Personal Buying: Credit Card via Secured Website
You can use our secure online shopping cart to make your purchase and pay with your Visa or Mastercard. You will receive an email to confirm your order has been received.
Group Buying: Credit Card (as above) or Purchase Order
Purchase Order - If using this option - payment MUST be received by the 20th of the following month. Payment can be by cheque, or Internet transfer. Please ensure the Invoice Number is quoted when paying.
Delivery
Where
SCOUTS Direct will deliver New Zealand wide only.
Rural Delivery
Please ensure your Rural Delivery number is put in the address.
By Whom
All packages within New Zealand will be sent via Courier Post.
Damage
Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 04 815 8892 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.
Delivery Cost
All Postage and handling costs are included in the price of the products except for sale items which have a freight component.
Delivery Timeframe
We endeavour to have all orders despatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account.
Low Stock
If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed.
Refunds & Exchanges
SCOUTS Direct will meet its’ obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact dianne@scouts.org.nz before returning any items.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully - SCOUTS Direct do not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind. Please feel free to contact us personally in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
